Job summary

Zoho is seeking dynamic Ground Service Staff for airport facilities in India. You will welcome and assist passengers, verify travel documents, guide them to check-in counters, gates, and baggage areas, and provide accurate flight information.

Freshers may apply; prior airport, aviation, hospitality or customer-service experience is a plus. Strong English and Hindi, good communication, basic computer skills, teamwork, and a neat appearance are required; willingness to work rotating shifts,
