Job summary

You will mentor students, conduct masterclasses, and collaborate with design teams to keep curricula current with AVGC and digital design trends. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Formal or informal education in Design or Communication is acceptable.
• 3–8 years of hands-on experience in design studios, digital agencies, or product teams.
• Strong in spoken and written English; ability to articulate design topics clearly.
• Design professionals or educators with strong content creation and digital design expertise are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop structured multimedia learning modules across video, eBooks, and interactive tools.
• Conduct masterclasses, guest lectures, and workshops for students across institutions.
• Mentor students on design projects, UI/UX case studies, and capstone assignments.
• Stay current with tools, platforms, and trends in design, UI/UX, web development, and creative tech; integrate AI where relevant.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, visual designers, writers, and others to create immersive content experiences.

• Content Development
  • Design and develop structured Multimedia learning modules in formats such as video, eBooks, and interactive tools
  • Create both micro learning and long-form content aligned with current industry standards and learner outcomes
  • Write accurate, well-researched content, scripts, and storyboards tailored for Multimedia and Design education.
• Academic Engagement
  • Conduct engaging Masterclasses, Guest Lectures, and Workshops for studentsacross institutions
  • Mentor students on real-world design projects, UI/UX case studies, and capstone assignments
  • Facilitate faculty development programs to enhance teaching methodologies and tech fluency
  • Support student teams participating in design and multimedia competitions like24FPS International Animation Awards and MAAC Creative League.
• Industry Research & Curriculum Innovation
  • Stay current with the latest tools, platforms, and trends in design, UI/UX, webdevelopment, and creative technologies
  • Integrate Generative AI and automation tools into curriculum design whereverrelevant
  • Perform ongoing research on global trends in Multimedia education to ensure curriculum relevance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Visual Designers, Writers, and other SMEsto develop immersive content experiences
  • Partner with industry and academic experts to keep learning content aligned with AVGC and digital design industry demands.
