Job summary

International Institute Of Entrepreneurship is hiring Accounts Executives / Accounts & Compliance Officers to manage accounting operations and compliance for ISO consultancy and certification activities.

The ideal candidate has experience with GST, ROC filing, TDS, ITR, payroll, and bank transactions, and can coordinate with CA and government departments. Freshers may be considered for internship paths.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum in accounts, taxation or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client accounts and transaction records.

International Institute Of Entrepreneurship (IIE) is hiring Accounts Executives / Accounts & Compliance Officers for handling accounting operations, taxation, legal compliance, banking coordination, investor relations, and documentation activities related to ISO consultancy and certification business operations.

The candidate should possess practical experience in GST, ROC filing, TDS, invoice preparation, tally accounting, salary processing, banking transactions, and coordination with government departments, Chartered Accountants, and clients.

Knowledge of tender documentation, legal agreements, and financial compliance activities will be preferred.

The position requires candidates who are detail-oriented, capable of handling confidential financial information, and willing to coordinate with multiple departments and stakeholders.

• Maintain client accounts and transaction records

• Maintain performance guarantee and security deposit databases
• Handle LOA documentation, agreement signing, and legal compliance records
• Manage private limited company statutory compliance activities
• Coordinate with government departments for approvals and payment follow-up
• Maintain tender documentation and payment entries in Tally
• Monitor investor selection, loan processing, and financial records
• Maintain PG & SD refund records
• Support ISO consultancy and certification-related accounting activities
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities
• Maintain confidential financial and administrative documentation

Educational Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com
• MBA Finance
• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounts, or Finance
• Tally / GST Certification preferred

Experience

Round 1 – Telephonic Interview

• Candidate CV screening and profile matching with job requirements
• Relevant experience and skill set verification through telephonic discussion
• Employee hiring will be considered only when candidate experience matches minimum 80% of the required profile
• Non-relevant experience holders and freshers may be considered for Internship / Trainee positions
• Internship Duration: 11 Months On-Job Training Program

Round 2 – Technical Interview
