Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in digital marketing or branding.
• Strong portfolio of social media graphics, branding, and video projects.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator; Premiere Pro and After Effects are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field (preferred).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, banners, ads, infographics, and website visuals.
• Edit and produce videos, reels, and animations for campaigns.
• Branding projects: logos, brochures, posters, flyers, and business cards.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align creatives with campaign objectives.
• Bring fresh, innovative design ideas to brainstorming sessions.
• Adapt designs for different platforms while ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage multiple design and video projects with timely delivery.
• Edit raw video footage into polished outputs with color grading, motion graphics, and effects.

Insignia Web and Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Video Editor to join our dynamic team in Bhopal. This full-time, on-site role involves creating engaging visual content for digital marketing, branding, and promotional purposes.

You will work on festival banners, social media creatives, reels, logos, website visuals, branding elements, and other design requirements for clients and internal projects. The role also requires basic to intermediate skills in banners designing, video editing and motion graphics to support marketing and brand-building activities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with trending AI design tools, possess a sharp creative vision, and collaborate effectively with our marketing, branding, content, and development teams to deliver impactful visuals aligned with client goals.
