The Role

We're looking for a graphic designer who creates scroll-stopping visuals across formats — banners, posters, website imagery, typography-led graphics, and social media creatives for our 39+ products.

Your portfolio is your resume. We don't care which tool you use — Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or AI tools. The final output is what matters.

Title Graphic Designer (Trial → Intern → Full-time)

Type Fully remote — work from anywhere in India

Duration 1-week trial → 3-month internship → Full-time (based on evaluation)

Equipment Own laptop/desktop with your design tools required

What You'll Design

Social Media — Instagram posts, stories, reels covers, and campaign creatives for multiple product brands.

Websites — Hero images, OG/share images, feature graphics, illustrations, and blog cover images.

Banners & Ads — Google Ads creatives, promotional banners, posters, and launch announcements.

Typography — Type-led graphics, quote cards, and brand-consistent text layouts.

Brand & App Assets — Logos, brand kits, app icons, and Play Store / App Store screenshots and listing graphics.

Video-Adjacent — YouTube thumbnails, video still frames, carousel card sets, and simple motion graphics (bonus).

Tools & Skills

Required: Fluency in at least one professional design workflow — Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva Pro, CorelDRAW, or equivalent. We judge the output, not the tool.

Strongly preferred — AI-assisted design: Our creative production is AI-first. Comfort using AI image tools (Midjourney, DALL‑E, Gemini/Imagen, Flux, or similar) as part of your workflow — generating, editing, and refining — is a big plus. You should still be able to fix, composite, and finish AI output by hand.

Bonus:

• Motion graphics / simple animation (After Effects, Lottie, or similar)
• Basic brand‑system thinking — design tokens, reusable templates, consistency across a family of products

Every application must include a design task. This is how we shortlist — no task, no review.

Design 3 Instagram posts for WhitelistVideo

• Read the full task brief: Design Task Brief (opens in a new tab) — it has the brand colors, fonts, and 20 post ideas with all text written for you.
• Pick 3 post ideas from the brief (each from a different category) and design them as finished Instagram posts. Plan for about 4–6 hours total.
• Use any tool you want — the final output is what matters.
• In the form below: upload your strongest post as an image (PNG/JPG/WebP), and share your Figma / public file link covering all 3 posts in the design‑files field if you have one.

Shortlisted candidates join a video call and open the source files (PSD/AI/Fig/etc.) of designs from their portfolio — including client work — and walk us through how they were made. This verifies the work is genuinely yours.

One‑Week Trial (Unpaid)
Real design briefs across our brands. We evaluate output quality, speed, iteration on feedback, and consistency.

If the trial goes well, you receive a 3‑month internship offer at ₹10,000/month.
