ITD GrowthLabs in Mumbai (Andheri HQ) seeks a hands-on UI/UX Designer to lead design across client websites, mobile apps, and SaaS dashboards. You'll collaborate with engineers, content writers, and strategists to craft beautiful, conversion-focused experiences.

This role offers on-site work, mentorship from senior designers, and a path from internship to full-time. A strong portfolio and experience with Figma and design systems are essential.

Responsibilities

• Design web + mobile interfaces in Figma from low-fidelity to high-fidelity.
• Build and maintain design systems for client projects.
• Run discovery and competitive UX research at project initiation.
• Prototype interactions and flows in Figma and Principle.
• Partner with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Design conversion-optimised landing pages and onboarding flows.
• Design admin dashboards and B2B SaaS interfaces with information density.
• Mentor designers and interns; contribute to internal design system.

What you’ll do, with whom, and why it matters

You will join the design pod and lead UI / UX for client websites, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, dashboards and marketing landing pages. You’ll partner with engineers, content writers and strategists to ship designs that are beautiful, conversion-engineered, and engineer-ready. We’ve shipped 300+ websites and 200+ apps and you’ll bring design ownership across the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

What you will do day-to-day

• Design web + mobile app interfaces in Figma from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity production
• Build and maintain design systems (color, type, spacing, components) for client projects
• Run discovery + competitive UX research at the start of each engagement
• Prototype interactions, flows, and edge cases in Figma + Principle
• Partner with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Design conversion-optimised landing pages, signup flows, onboarding sequences
• Design admin dashboards, internal tools, B2B SaaS interfaces with attention to information density
• Mentor designers + interns; contribute to internal design system

What we’re looking for

Skills, experience and mindset

• Figma — components, auto-layout, variants, libraries, prototyping
• Mobile-first design — iOS HIG + Material Design fluency
• Web design — responsive layouts, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA basics)
• Design systems — tokens, components, documentation
• User research basics — user interviews, usability testing, journey mapping
• Adobe XD or Sketch — nice to have
• Strong portfolio showing shipped product work (websites, apps, SaaS)
• Sense of conversion + UX hierarchy — designs that drive outcomes, not just look pretty
