Job summary

Dam Networks Llp. in Vasai West seeks a designer to shape how clients and our brand look across social creative, marketing collateral, decks, and event graphics. You will translate briefs into finished, on-brand visuals, working closely with marketing, content, and events teams.

You will build brand systems, maintain typography and colour guidelines, and prepare artwork for both digital and print. A portfolio proving your eye for layout and a track record of meeting deadlines is essential; one

Qualifications

• A portfolio is required to be considered.
• A real eye for typography, layout, colour, and composition.
• Ability to apply different brand guidelines consistently.
• One to three years of design experience, or a portfolio that clearly speaks for itself.

Responsibilities

• Design social creative, ads, and campaign visuals across several client brands.
• Produce marketing collateral: brochures, one-pagers, banners, and email graphics.
• Design presentation decks and pitch documents that read clearly and look sharp.
• Create event and exhibition graphics: stall panels, signage, backdrops, and print.
• Build and extend brand systems: logos, type, colour, and reusable templates.
• Take a brief, propose a design direction, and turn around versions on feedback.
• Prepare artwork correctly for both digital and print production.
• Keep files, versions, and brand assets organised and easy to find.
• Hit deadlines across parallel programmes without dropping quality.

What we look for

• Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and comfort in Figma or Canva
• A portfolio, this is required to be considered
• A real eye for typography, layout, colour, and composition
• Ability to hold and apply different brand guidelines consistently
• Organised with files and calm across feedback rounds and revisions
• One to three years of design experience, or a portfolio that clearly speaks for itself

Nice to have

• Motion or basic animation in After Effects
• Basic video editing for social
• Print and pre-press knowledge for events and exhibitions

Full-time, based at our Vasai West studio where the team and the work are.
