Job summary

The Social Bid in Indore is seeking a skilled graphic/creative designer to own visual assets across 3–4 D2C brands. You’ll design banners, landing pages, social creatives, ad visuals, and short-form video edits while keeping each brand look consistent and shipping turnarounds quickly.

We value 2–3+ years of relevant experience, proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma, and knowledge of Premiere Pro/After Effects or CapCut.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years as a graphic or creative designer, ideally for D2C, e-commerce or beauty brands
• Strong in Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma; working knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut
• Understand what a website banner needs to do that a social post doesn’t
• Fast, detail-obsessed, and fine making version 6 when version 5 was close
• Care that your work performs, not just that it looks good

Responsibilities

• Design website banners, landing page sections and Shopify homepage assets that are built to convert
• Create social media creatives — posts, stories, carousels — on brand and on schedule
• Produce static and carousel ad creatives for Meta and Google campaigns
• Edit short-form video: Reels, UGC cutdowns, hook variations, simple motion text
• Turn one brief into multiple variants quickly so the team can test
• Keep brand kits, templates and asset libraries organised across clients

The Social Bid is a D2C growth agency built by operators. We run paid media, influencer-led growth and creative for beauty, skincare and personal care brands across India and the GCC. Everything we make is judged by whether it moves a number for the client.

The role

You’ll be the hands behind every visual our clients need — website banners and landing page sections, social media creatives, ad statics, and short-form video edits. You’ll work across 3–4 D2C beauty brands, keep each one’s look consistent, and ship fast enough that the marketing team is never waiting on design.

What you’ll do

• Design website banners, landing page sections and Shopify homepage assets that are built to convert


• Create social media creatives — posts, stories, carousels — on brand and on schedule


• Produce static and carousel ad creatives for Meta and Google campaigns


• Edit short-form video: Reels, UGC cutdowns, hook variations, simple motion text


• Turn one brief into multiple variants quickly so the team can test


• Keep brand kits, templates and asset libraries organised across clients
