Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in Graphic Design with focus on social media creatives.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator (Mandatory).
• Figma knowledge for design collaboration.
• Experience in video editing for social media content using Premiere Pro/After Effects/CapCut.
• Knowledge of AI design tools (e.g., Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI).
• Strong color theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Ability to create brand-aligned designs for digital and print materials.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging creatives for social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Create static posts, carousels, banners, stories, reels, and promos.
• Develop visuals for campaigns, launches, and festive promotions.
• Maintain branding consistency across materials and channels.

About the Role Lal Sweets is looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer (Social Media) to join our Craetive team. This role is essential in supporting our ongoing social media creative development by producing visually engaging, high-quality, and brand-consistent content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, creativity, and an understanding of current social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging creatives for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Create static posts, carousels, banners, stories, reels, and promotional creatives aligned with the Lal Sweets brand.
• Develop visually impactful creatives for digital campaigns, product launches, festive promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color palettes, and visual identity across all communication materials.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Brand, and Content teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
• Edit short-form videos and motion creatives for social media campaigns.
• Utilize AI-powered design tools to improve creativity, productivity, and content generation.
• Prepare artwork for both digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, posters, packaging support, and POS materials.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media best practices, and emerging creative technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in Graphic Design with a strong focus on social media creatives.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (Mandatory).
• Working knowledge of Figma for design collaboration.
• Experience in video editing for social media content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Knowledge and practical use of AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and layout principles.
• Ability to create visually appealing, brand-aligned designs for both digital and print media.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in the FMCG, Food & Beverage, Retail, or Consumer Brands industry will be an added advantage.
• Experience in creating creatives for festive campaigns, product promotions, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Understanding of social media algorithms and creative optimization for different platforms.
