Job summary

Grassroots Solutions & Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative Content Creator & Graphic Designer to develop engaging digital content and impactful visuals for multiple brands.

You will design social media assets, marketing collateral, website graphics, and short videos, collaborating with marketing and HR to drive campaigns and growth. Ideal candidates will have a 2-4 year track record in content creation and design, strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and an eye for branding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva; familiarity with Figma a plus.
• Experience creating social media content and branding materials.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and digital marketing.
• Design brochures, flyers, banners, posters, presentations, infographics, and advertisements.
• Develop visuals for recruitment campaigns, branding, and promotions.
• Design social media posts, reels, stories, and video thumbnails.
• Edit and produce short promotional videos and motion graphics.
• Collaborate with marketing, HR, and business teams on campaigns.
• Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and digital marketing practices.
• Coordinate with website developers to optimize web graphics and assets.
• Maintain the company’s digital media library and assets.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
• Experience in creating social media content, branding materials, and marketing collateral.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
• Strong creativity, visual storytelling, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
