Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India is seeking a talented Creative Designer for Gems and Jewellery in Gurugram. You will craft high-impact digital campaign assets, social media creatives, and marketing materials for a premium lifestyle brand.

The role requires 2–5 years of graphic design experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, with familiarity in Figma or Canva.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in graphic design and visual content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media, branding, and digital design work.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with preference for experience in Figma or Canva.
• Solid grasp of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and composition.
• Background in D2C, e-commerce, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, FMCG, or consumer brands.
• Experience or familiarity with digital platforms like Meta Ads, Instagram, and YouTube, alongside a keen eye for modern design trends.

Responsabilidades

• Create visual designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, websites, and marketing materials.
• Develop social media creatives, banners, posts, stories, Reels covers, thumbnails, and brand campaign collateral.
• Translate creative briefs into visually appealing design solutions while strictly maintaining brand guidelines, typography, color theory, and layout standards.
• Conceptualize visual themes for product launches, festive promotions, and digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with marketing, content, and video teams.
• Adapt design assets across multiple digital formats and platforms while managing multi-project deadlines from concept development to final execution.
