Job summary

Madhuras Recipe Club is seeking a Content Production Coordinator to plan and manage content calendars, coordinate shoots, and ensure timely delivery across platforms. The role involves studio readiness, coordinating editors and designers, and maintaining production trackers in a fast-growing startup environment.

You will work closely with the CEO, handle multiple projects, and may travel 10–20% based on business needs and events. In-person work location in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

• Ability to coordinate and manage internal and external creative resources.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Experience in event management, agency operations or production coordination will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage publishing schedules across platforms.

• Maintain production trackers, reports and workflow schedules.
• Work closely with the CEO to improve production efficiency and execution.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements
• Approximately 10–20% travel may be required.

Compensation: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
