Job summary

INA SOLAR (Insolation Energy Ltd) is seeking a creative Executive - Content Creation & Visual Media to strengthen in-house capabilities in Jaipur. The role covers photography, videography, video editing and content creation for social media, events, product shoots and branding initiatives. Requirements include 1-3 years of relevant experience and a portfolio showcasing visuals.

Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Lightroom is preferred. Travel for events is expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of Photography & Videography.
• Good Video Editing skills.
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / Photoshop / Lightroom or equivalent tools.
• Good understanding of Reels and short-form video content.
• Basic knowledge of lighting, framing, composition and camera handling.
• Creative mindset with good visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to independently handle shoot fi edit fi final output.
• Willingness to travel for events, exhibitions and corporate shoots.

Responsibilities

• Handle photography and videography for company events, exhibitions, corporate activities and other marketing requirements.
• Shoot and create Reels, Short Videos and Social Media Content.
• Create visual content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Edit videos for social media, corporate communication and marketing campaigns.
• Handle basic photo editing, colour correction, cropping and image optimisation
• Shoot product, factory, team and corporate videos/photos as required.
• Cover important events, exhibitions, dealer meets and company activities
• Assist in developing creative visual concepts for social media and branding.
• Coordinate with the Brand, Digital and Creative teams for content requirements.
• Maintain and organise photo/video files and content assets.
• Stay updated with current Reels, video and social media content trends.

Job Purpose We are looking for a creative Content Creation & Visual Media Executive with hands-on skills in Photography, Videography, Video Editing and Content Creation to strengthen the company's in-house creative capabilities. The role will support corporate shoots, events, social media content, product shoots and other branding initiatives.

Candidate should have a portfolio/showreel of previous photography, videography and video-editing work
