Job summary

Silverline Ventura in Pune invites a dynamic Social Media & Content Specialist to lead end-to-end social media activities from planning to performance analysis. The ideal candidate is creative and analytical, with hands-on experience in content creation, video/reel production, and digital communications.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute campaigns for product launches, events, and brand initiatives in international markets, while staying updated on trends

Qualifications

Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media & Content Specialist to join our team at Pune office. The ideal candidate should be both creative and analytical, with hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, creative development, video/reel production, and digital communication. The role will involve end-to-end handling and coordination of our social media activities, from planning and content creation to execution, monitoring, and performance analysis.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end social media coordination, including content calendars, posting schedules, internal coordination, and community management.
• Plan and coordinate video shoots, product shoots, corporate shoots, and event coverage.
• Conceptualize, shoot, and/or coordinate the production and editing of reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and social media content.
• Coordinate with internal teams, designers, agencies, photographers, videographers, and other external partners for content execution.
• Support digital campaigns for product launches, events, corporate milestones, international markets, and brand-building initiatives.
• Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and content performance and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, content formats, tools, algorithms, and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong content writing and communication skills, good creative sense and visual understanding, understanding of reels/video content and basic editing, ability to coordinate multiple creative projects simultaneously, and excellent command of written and spoken English.

Knowledge of French and/or Spanish will be an added advantage.
