Job summary

QuantumQuake seeks a highly skilled Graphic Designer/Senior Graphic Designer to produce modern visual content at scale. You will create static and animated ad creatives, social posts, banners, and product visuals using AI tools for digital platforms.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in digital design, strong Photoshop/Illustrator/Figma skills, and a robust portfolio including AI-assisted work. Expect a fast-paced startup, ownership, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of graphic design experience in agency, D2C, digital marketing or startup.
• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Figma.
• Strong experience with AI image-generation tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly or equivalent).
• Good understanding of branding, visual hierarchy and performance-driven design.
• Ability to deliver high volume without compromising quality.
• Strong portfolio with ad creatives and AI-assisted design work (mandatory).
• Design degree/diploma preferred; strong portfolios also considered.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and design ad creatives, banners and social posts for Meta, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms
• Create static and animated content, product visuals, and promotional graphics
• Convert briefs, copy and raw assets into visually compelling designs
• Use AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to generate images, backgrounds, characters and product environments
• Produce multiple creative variations for campaigns in different formats, hooks, layouts and CTAs
• Apply strong typography, colour theory, layout and composition principles
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs
• Repurpose creatives across formats (9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 16:9)
• Collaborate with copywriters, video editors, and marketing/performance teams on conversion-focused creatives
• Stay updated on design trends, ad formats, and emerging AI tools
