Job summary

The Works is seeking a motivated Graphic Designer to join our on-site Mumbai design team. You will support senior designers, develop creative concepts and produce visual assets for digital and print materials.

Ideal candidates have a strong foundation in design principles, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Figma, and a passion for visual storytelling. Growth-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory and branding.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Collaboratewith senior designers to develop creativeconcepts and execute visual assets for marketingmaterials, including digital and print collateral,social media graphics, and more

Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to understand projectobjectives, target audience, and messaging. Managemultiple design projects simultaneously and deliverwork on time

Adaptexisting designs and concepts for differentplatforms and formats while maintaining visualcoherence and brand integrity

Stayup-to-date with industry trends, new designtechniques, and software to continuously improveskills and contribute fresh ideas to the team

Proactivelyseek feedback and iterate on designs to refineand enhance visual impact and effectiveness

Requirements

Bachelor'sdegree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or arelated field

Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and otherdesign software

Strongunderstanding of design principles, typography, colortheory, branding, and design strategy

A proactiveand adaptable attitude with a willingness tolearn and take on new challenges

Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal

Strongattention to detail and the ability to provideand receive constructive feedback
