Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related discipline.
• 4+ years of graphic design experience with editing tools.
• Working knowledge of HTML and Java.
• Knowledge of WordPress and CMS platforms.

We are seeking a dedicated graphic designer to join our growing company. You will collaborate with other designers to create effective and eye-catching designs to increase our brand value. As a graphic designer, we hope you can put your passion for design to create beautiful and compelling content. Your duties will include

developing graphics for digital platforms to enhance our accompanying text.

Graphic Designer Job Responsibilities:

• Understand project requirements and concepts
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
• Develop concepts with software, and execute original content.
• Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system
• Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
• Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
• Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include two or more simultaneous projects
• Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities
• Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video

Graphic Designer Qualifications/Skills:

• Proven graphic designing experience
• 4+ years of experience with design software and graphics editing tools (CorelDraw, Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, Motion Graphics)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline
• Working knowledge of HTML and Java
• Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems
• Photography & Videography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software
