Job summary

Virtual Cfo in Thane is seeking a Communication Designer/ Visualiser cum Graphic Designer/ Design Thinker to craft impactful visuals across web and print. You will work on brand identity, digital campaigns, and packaging with a user-centric approach.

The role emphasizes out-of-the-box thinking, strong typography, and colour theory. A testing phase and a 3–6 month observation period follow onboarding.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional graphic design experience (freshers with exceptional portfolios welcome).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW); familiarity with Figma or XD is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
• Problem-solving mindset with keen interest in user behavior and client needs.
• Creative test is mandatory for all candidates.
• 3–6 month observation period for selected candidates.
