Job summary

The Works in Mumbai is seeking a motivated Graphic Designer to join our dynamic design team. You will develop visual assets for marketing materials across digital and print platforms and grow essential design skills in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in design principles, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma, and a collaborative mindset ready to learn and contribute to a high-impact creative process.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, branding
• Excellent communication and detail orientation

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior designers to develop concepts and visual assets for marketing materials across digital and print
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand objectives, audience and messaging
• Adapt existing designs for different platforms while maintaining brand coherence
• Stay updated with industry trends and design tools to contribute fresh ideas
• Actively seek feedback and iterate to improve visual impact

Location

This is afull-time, on-site opportunity. Our office is located atChurchgate, Mumbai.

Responsibilities

1. Collaboratewith senior designers to develop creativeconcepts and execute visual assets for marketingmaterials, including digital and print collateral,social media graphics, and more
2. Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to understand projectobjectives, target audience, and messaging. Managemultiple design projects simultaneously and deliverwork on time
3. Adaptexisting designs and concepts for differentplatforms and formats while maintaining visualcoherence and brand integrity
4. Stayup-to-date with industry trends, new designtechniques, and software to continuously improveskills and contribute fresh ideas to the team
5. Proactivelyseek feedback and iterate on designs to refineand enhance visual impact and effectiveness

Requirements

1. Bachelorsdegree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or arelated field
2. Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and otherdesign software
3. Strongunderstanding of design principles, typography, colortheory, branding, and design strategy
4. A proactiveand adaptable attitude with a willingness tolearn and take on new challenges
5. Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal
6. Strongattention to detail and the ability to provideand receive constructive feedback
