Job summary

3across is seeking a Creative Graphic Designer in Mumbai for a full-time hybrid role. You will develop engaging visual concepts and assets for digital, print, and multimedia, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality design using Photoshop and Illustrator.

The position requires understanding of UX, UI, CX, Design Thinking and Inclusive Design; you’ll collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams, support campaigns, and adapt to a US shift (6:00 PM–4:00 AM IST) with immediate to 30 days

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design-related field required or preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong portfolio of creative design across digital and print.
• Understanding of UX/UI, CX, and inclusive design principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative design concepts aligned with project requirements and brand guidelines.

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer with strong expertise in visual design, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. The ideal candidate should be able to develop engaging visual concepts and creative assets for digital, print, and multimedia platforms while ensuring brand consistency and delivering high-quality designs.

The candidate should have a good understanding of User Experience (UX), User Interface (UI), Customer Experience (CX), Design Thinking, and Inclusive Design principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative design concepts and visual assets aligned with project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Create compelling graphics, illustrations, layouts, and visual content for digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
• Use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to produce high-quality creative assets.
• Collaborate with designers, marketing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to execute creative projects.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, colours, and visual design standards.
• Apply Design Thinking principles to develop user-centric and engaging design solutions.
• Incorporate UI/UX, Customer Experience (CX), and Inclusive Design principles into creative deliverables, as applicable.
• Manage multiple design assignments simultaneously while meeting project deadlines.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and other creative initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience in Creative Design, Graphic Design, or Visual Design.
• Understanding of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design principles.
• Knowledge of Customer Experience (CX) and Design Thinking.
• Understanding of Inclusive Design and accessibility principles.
• Strong visual communication, typography, layout, and colour composition skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any of the following disciplines:

• Graphic Design
• Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)
• Visual Communication

Preferred Certification

• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or a relevant Adobe certification.

Work Requirements

• Comfortable working in the US shift: 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST.
• Comfortable with a hybrid work arrangement.

• Candidates with a strong design portfolio showcasing relevant creative work are preferred.
