Kinetic Engineering is seeking a skilled graphic designer to create assets for digital campaigns, social media, branding, and marketing collateral. You will collaborate with content and strategy teams to ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines while maintaining high creative quality.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, strong typography and layout skills, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite. The role is based in Pune, work from office, 6 days a week.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of graphic design experience.
• Proficient in visual communication and brand guidelines.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Experience in social media creative design.
• Experience designing branding and marketing collaterals.
• Strong typography, layout and color theory understanding.
• Strong presentation and conceptualization skills.
• Pune-based, work from office, 6 days a week.

Responsabilités

• Design creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, branding, and advertising requirements.
• Create visually engaging graphics, layouts, presentations, banners, brochures, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with content, strategy, and client servicing teams to understand campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Develop creative concepts and design solutions aligned with client expectations and business goals.
• Ensure consistency in brand communication and visual identity across all creatives.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with video editors, photographers, and production teams for integrated campaign execution.
• Revise designs based on feedback while maintaining creative quality and brand alignment.
• Stay updated with current design trends, industry standards, and emerging creative tools.
• Ensure all final deliverables are optimized and shared in required formats and specifications.
