Role Overview

Milestone Technologies is seeking a creative and technically adept Graphic Designer to produce visually compelling assets that support our marketing, brand, and digital initiatives. The role spans presentation design, marketing creatives, campaign visuals, and multimedia content across digital channels. The ideal candidate brings strong design fundamentals, motion and video capabilities, and a working knowledge of AI capabilities, and is comfortable operating at pace in a dynamic marketing environment.

The designer will maintain consistency with brand guidelines while continuously exploring modern workflows, including AI-assisted design, to raise the quality and efficiency of the team's output.

Key Responsibilities

• Design PowerPoint presentations for sales and marketing communication.
• Create visual assets for marketing campaigns including social media creatives, banners, and digital ads.
• Develop layouts for case studies, datasheets, and whitepapers.
• Produce motion graphics and short videos for marketing campaigns and product explainers.
• Design infographics that present data and information in visually engaging formats.
• Support event branding including event graphics and promotional materials.
• Create website graphics aligned with marketing initiatives.
• Leverage AI design tools to accelerate asset production and explore creative concepts.
• Apply AI-assisted workflows for tasks such as image generation, background removal, upscaling, and rapid prototyping.
• Ensure all design assets align with Milestone's visual identity and brand standards.
• Stay current with modern design tools, AI developments, and emerging workflows, contributing to improving the team's design capabilities.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint presentation design.
• Experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro for motion graphics and video editing.
• Proficiency with AI design tools, with the ability to integrate AI outputs into professional design workflows.
• Understanding of prompt engineering principles as applied to visual content generation.
• Strong command of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects and deliver within timelines.
• 4-6 years of professional graphic design experience.

Preferred Skills

• BFA or equivalent degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communications, or a related creative discipline.
• Experience creating motion graphics and animated marketing assets.
• Familiarity with AI video generation and editing tools.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools for design automation.
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles and digital accessibility standards.
• Experience working in a B2B technology or professional services marketing environment.
