Flam is seeking a Graphic Designer to craft immersive visuals and story-driven concepts. You’ll explore AI tools to push creative boundaries, collaborating with 2D/3D artists and motion designers.

Based in Bengaluru, you’ll work on government and tourism projects, turning ideas into dynamic experiences. Night shifts, 5 days a week, with opportunities to work on global brands and AI-powered platforms.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in visual design, advertising, digital or creative studios (internships count).
• Agency experience is preferred.
• Strong visual and conceptual thinking.
• Excellent understanding of composition, typography, colour and storytelling.
• A portfolio that shows ideas.
• Someone who understands how a visual can evolve into motion, 3D and interaction. Curiosity about AI and emerging creative technologies.
• Ability to collaborate, experiment and move quickly.
• Willing to work night shifts, 5 days a week from our Bengaluru office.

About the role

As a Graphic Designer, you will explore the AI tools Flam is building to create the next generation of immersive experiences. Your ideas will go beyond static visuals and can come alive as animated, interactive and immersive experiences.

What you will do

Develop visual concepts, key visuals and storyboards for immersive experiences.
