Flam in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a Sr. Visual Designer to push the boundaries of immersive visuals. You will lead visual concepts, storyboards, and the creative direction for exciting brand and public-sector projects, collaborating with 2D/3D artists, motion designers, and AI creatives.

You will mentor junior designers, drive AI-driven visuals, and partner with product and tech teams to shape Flam's AI creative tools, while balancing multiple deadlines across global campaigns.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in visual design, art direction or advertising.
• Agency experience strongly preferred, ideally on global brands or public-sector campaigns.

• Push AI-generated visuals, 3D, motion and emerging creative technologies, and set workflows for the team.
• Review, guide and mentor junior designers on ideas, craft and AI tools.
• Work with product and tech teams to shape Flam's AI creative tools through testing and feedback.
• Balance global brand work with government and tourism projects, often with parallel deadlines.

About the role

As a Sr. Visual Designer, you will explore the AI tools Flam is building to create the next generation of immersive experiences. Your ideas will go beyond static visuals and can come alive as animated, interactive and immersive experiences.

What you will do

• Lead visual concepts, key visuals and storyboards for immersive experiences, from first idea to final delivery.
• Own the creative on projects for global brands, government ministries, state governments, tourism boards and public-sector organisations.
• Turn complex information and stories into clear, compelling visual narratives, and present them confidently to clients and leadership.
• Direct and work closely with 2D and 3D artists, motion designers and AI creatives so every output meets a consistent, high bar.
• Push AI-generated visuals, 3D, motion and emerging creative technologies, and set the workflows the team uses.
• Review, guide and mentor junior designers on ideas, craft and AI tools.
• Work with product and tech teams to shape Flam's AI creative tools through hands-on testing and feedback.
• Balance global brand and advertising work alongside government and tourism projects, often across parallel deadlines.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in visual design, art direction or advertising, in agencies, digital or creative studios.
• Agency experience strongly preferred, ideally on global brands or large public-sector campaigns.
• A portfolio of strong ideas taken from concept to launch, including motion, 3D or interactive work.
• Mastery of composition, typography, colour and storytelling, and the eye to hold a team to that standard.
• Hands-on with AI image and video tools (Higgsfield or similar) and Figma; quick to adopt new tools.
• Experience leading or mentoring designers and managing client feedback.
• Confident presenting ideas to senior stakeholders and international clients.
• Ability to make decisions quickly, experiment and keep quality high under tight timelines.
• Willing to work night shifts, 5 days a week from our Bengaluru office.
