Job summary

Rubicon Research Limited in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh, seeks an Officer/Sr. Officer for Granulation and Blending to manage manufacturing in a GMP setting. You will follow SOPs, operate granulation and blending equipment, and ensure compliance with BMR and validation protocols.

The candidate should have 3–6 years of experience, a B. Pharm degree, and be prepared to work in shifts across the manufacturing floor to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• B. Pharm. degree required with 3–6 years of experience in granulation/blending.
• Experience in GMP environment and adherence to SOPs is essential.
• Knowledge of BMR, logbooks, and process validation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing activities as per SOPs in granulation and blending.
• Operate and maintain granulation and blending equipment; ensure calibration.
• Record all activities online in BMR, logbooks, and E-logbooks.
• Monitor in-process parameters and ensure product quality and safety.
• Coordinate with engineering for troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Maintain c-GMP environment and adhere to safety/hygiene standards.
• Report GMP incidents to supervisor and follow approved procedures.
• Assist with changeovers, inventory control, and productivity monitoring.

Job Responsibilities / Deliverables

• To Perform the Manufacturing Activity as per the SOP.
• Operation Cleaning and maintenance of granulation and blending equipments.
• Handling of documents like BMR, Process validation protocol, process validation reports etc.
• Calibration of the balances and other Instruments.
• Online recording of the activity in the BMR and Logbooks and E-logbooks.
• Checking and recording of the in-process parameter during manufacturing activity.
• Troubleshooting of equipment by coordination with engineering department.
• To ensure safety and hygiene during manufacturing process.
• Follow the superior instructions to achieve departmental goal.
• To report any incident or violation of GMP act to immediate supervisor.
• To carry out the activity in effective manner to achieve departmental objective.
• To maintain the c-GMP environment in Manufacturing area.
• Additional responsibility of Preventive & regular Maintenance of machine.
• Accessories and inventory control of the area.
• Monitoring of productivity improvement.
• Monitoring of change over time reduction.Monitoring of batch cycle time of the respective area and equipment.
• Should handle the trouble shooting of compression and coating equipments
• Must have knowledge about the Audit trial, Event log and reports.
