Job summary

Rubicon Research Limited in Indore region seeks an Officer/Senior Officer – Granulation and Blending in our Manufacturing department. The role focuses on operating granulation and blending processes in a GMP environment, adhering to SOPs and safety standards.

You will handle documentation such as BMR, process validation protocols, calibrate balances and instruments, and ensure on-time records in BMR/logbooks. B.Pharm with 3–6 years of experience is required, with willingness to work in shifts.

Qualifications

• B. Pharm. degree required.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in granulation and blending.
• Knowledge of GMP practices and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing activities as per SOP.
• Operate cleaning and maintenance of granulation and blending equipment.
• Handle documents like BMR, process validation protocols/reports, etc.
• Calibrate balances and other instruments.
• Record activity in BMR and logbooks (including E-logbooks).
• Monitor in-process parameters during manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot equipment with engineering department.
• Ensure safety and hygiene during manufacturing.
• Maintain the c-GMP environment in the manufacturing area.
• Carry out preventive and regular maintenance of machines.
• Monitor productivity improvements and changeover times.
• Monitor batch cycle times for the area and equipment.
• Handle compression and coating equipment troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of audit trails, event logs and reports.

Job Responsibilities / Deliverables

• To Perform the Manufacturing Activity as per the SOP.
• Operation Cleaning and maintenance of granulation and blending equipments.
• Handling of documents like BMR, Process validation protocol, process validation reports etc.
• Calibration of the balances and other Instruments.
• Online recording of the activity in the BMR and Logbooks and E-logbooks.
• Checking and recording of the in-process parameter during manufacturing activity.
• Troubleshooting of equipment by coordination with engineering department.
• To ensure safety and hygiene during manufacturing process.
• Follow the superior instructions to achieve departmental goal.
• To report any incident or violation of GMP act to immediate supervisor.
• To carry out the activity in effective manner to achieve departmental objective.
• To maintain the c-GMP environment in Manufacturing area.
• Additional responsibility of Preventive & regular Maintenance of machine.
• Accessories and inventory control of the area.
• Monitoring of productivity improvement.
• Monitoring of change over time reduction.
• Monitoring of batch cycle time of the respective area and equipment.
• Should handle the trouble shooting of compression and coating equipments
• Must have knowledge about the Audit trial, Event log and reports.
