Job summary

Innova Rubbers in Nashik is seeking a skilled Cost & Inventory Analyst to oversee BOMs/Routings in SAP, perform monthly costing, and prepare profitability analyses for SFG and FG materials. The role emphasizes variance analysis, internal controls, and inventory reconciliation across multiple locations.

The successful candidate will drive cost sheets, support management with reports on slow-moving and non-moving stock, and contribute to identifying loss-making items and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Verification of BOMs and Routings of all SFG and FG materials on the shop floor.
• Maintenance of BOMs and Routings of all SFG and FG materials in SAP.
• Monthly Costing run for all SFG and FG materials after identifying and eliminating all error messages.
• Prepare, present and review Cost Sheets product-wise and analyses of product-wise profitability
• Preparation of Monthly Item wise Contribution Report.
• Identification, analyzing and sharing of low contribution parts reports to all responsible departments.
• Identification of loss making items & providing management with reasons & measures for converting loss making items into profit making ones.
• Monthly initiation and overseeing of physical inventory verification exercise for factory & Depot locations.
• Monthly reconciliation of physical vs System stocks of Raw Material, Packing Material, WIP and Finished Goods at all locations to identify reasons and strengthen controls.
• Monthly location wise Inventory Valuation. (Raw Material, Packing Material, WIP and Finished Goods).
• Monthly preparation of Monthly Age wise Inventory Report & Classification of Inventory into normal, Slow Moving and non-moving inventory.
• Other miscellaneous tasks as required by Department.
