Job summary

Tynor Orthotics in Mohali, India is seeking a Costing & FP&A Manager to lead monthly product costing, profitability analysis, and pricing support across product lines. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D and Finance to ensure accurate cost allocations, monitor margins, and drive cost-saving initiatives while ensuring SAP COPA reporting and BOM accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Execute and review monthly product costing runs.
• Ensure accurate allocation of direct and indirect manufacturing costs.
• Analyze product-wise profitability and recommend corrective actions.
• Support annual and periodic pricing revisions.
• Monitor contribution margins and EBITDA thresholds across product categories.
• Conduct inventory ageing analysis and evaluate NRV.
• Review inventory valuation and stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate physical inventory verification and ensure timely closure of observations.
• Monitor inventory leakages, wastages, and process inefficiencies.
• Perform channel-wise and product-wise profitability analysis.
• Track cost-saving initiatives and monitor realization of benefits.
• Analyze material consumption and identify usage variances.
• Review purchase reconciliations and identify process gaps.
• Manage product costing and profitability reporting through SAP.
• Work extensively on COPA (Profitability Analysis) module.
• Support cost allocations and profitability reporting.
• Ensure accuracy of BOM and overhead components within SAP.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Purchase, Taxation, and Finance teams.
• Support management decision-making through analytical insights and recommendations.
• Liaise with auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Accurate monthly product costing runs.
• Timely and effective pricing recommendations.
• Product and channel profitability above defined EBITDA thresholds.
• Reduction in inventory leakages and wastages.
• Accurate overhead allocation and cost control.
• Timely completion of inventory and statutory audit requirements.
• Effective tracking and delivery of cost-saving initiatives.
