Job summary

Omniactive Health Technologies seeks a Partner Costing professional to manage product costing and optimise inventory across locations. You will be a key partner in working capital management and competitive pricing strategies.

You will prepare monthly costings, profitability analyses, monitor overheads, and support export tariff calculations. SAP experience in manufacturing and ICWA qualification are essential.

Qualifications

• ICWA degree and 4–6 years in costing roles.
• SAP experience in manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of inventory valuation and costing policies.

Responsibilities

• Costing and profitability analysis for products and locations.
• Prepare monthly costings, BOM and product costing (Cost of Manufacturing).
• Maintain overhead cost files and opening balances.
• Calculate tariff costs for export consignments.
• Inventory provisions: SLOB and NRV.
• Analyze product-wise cost and overhead variances.
• GL reviews and cost run analyses; periodic MIS reports.

Job purpose

Accountable for managing the costing of products and optimising inventory levels across products / locations. Will be a key partner in managing working capital optimally and our products are competitively prices at the market-place.

Key Responsibilities

Costing & Profitability Analysis

• Creating monthly process orders wise BOM COM - Product Costing (Cost of Manufacturing)
• Prepare Sales COM and profitability analysis to support business decisions.
• Maintain and update overhead cost files and opening balances.
• Calculation of Tariff cost charged in Export consignments
• Calculation of Monthly Inventory Provisions [SLOB and NRV]
• Prepare and Analyze product wise variance of cost of material and Overheads

Inventory Quantity Recon & Write-off Management

• Monitor inventory valuation, ageing, provisioning, and write-off activities.
• Manage write-off approvals, execution, and reporting of write off Analysis
• Prepare quantity reconciliation reports at company level.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Perform Cost Run analysis and GL reviews.
• Generate periodic MIS, variance analysis, and management reports.
• Track manufacturing overheads and cost performance across locations.

Compliance & Audit Support

• Support statutory, tax, internal, and external audit requirements.
• Provide costing schedules, reconciliations, and documentation for audit reviews.
• Ensure compliance with costing policies and financial controls.

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial teams for costing, inventory, and pricing-related activities.
• Provide cost insights for pricing, tariff assessments, and business planning.
