About the Role

SQ1 Security Technology is looking for enthusiastic, talented, and motivated fresh graduates to join our Presales team across multiple locations.

As a Graduate Management Trainee – Presales, you will have the opportunity to work in a technology-driven environment and develop a strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, technology products, and business requirements. You will collaborate closely with experienced Presales, Sales, and Technical teams while gaining hands-on exposure to customer engagements and real-world business scenarios.

This role is ideal for candidates who have a strong technical foundation, an MBA specialization in Sales & Marketing, sales orientation, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in technology, cybersecurity, and customer-facing roles.

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, sales orientation, business acumen, analytical and problem-solving ability, a willingness to learn, and a passion for Technology, Sales, and Cyber Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and develop a strong understanding of SQ1 Security Technology’s products, solutions, services, and cybersecurity offerings.
  
• Understand customer requirements and assist in mapping business needs to relevant technology and cybersecurity solutions.
  
• Support the Presales team in preparing presentations, solution documents, proposals, demonstrations, and other customer-facing materials.
  
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Security teams to support customer requirements and business opportunities.
  
• Participate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, discussions, and presentations under the guidance of experienced team members.
  
• Conduct basic research on customers, industries, market trends, competitors, and emerging cybersecurity technologies.
  
• Assist in preparing responses to RFPs, RFQs, RFI documents, and customer questionnaires.
  
• Develop an understanding of the sales cycle, presales processes, solution positioning, and customer engagement practices.
  
• Participate actively in training programs, product enablement sessions, knowledge-sharing sessions, and team activities.
  
• Demonstrate a continuous learning mindset and willingness to develop both technical and business skills.
  
• Follow organizational processes, standards, policies, and best practices.
  
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute effectively to team objectives and business deliverables.
