CERATIZIT India is seeking fresh graduates for production roles in Bengaluru. Join a team focusing on Solid Carbide Tools, CNC machining, and precision manufacturing.

Candidates with a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering and an eagerness to learn on the shop floor are welcome. You will assist in planning, monitor machine performance, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support process validation and new product trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering.
• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Production, Manufacturing, CNC Machining, or Engineering Industry.
• Understanding of CNC machines and precision manufacturing processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring production activities for Solid Carbide Tools, Indexable Tools, and Special Purpose Cutting Tools.
• Support shop floor operations to meet production targets, quality requirements, and delivery schedules.
• Assist in manufacturing processes including CNC Tool Grinding, CNC Machining, Edge Preparation, Inspection, and Packaging.
• Monitor machine performance, production output and downtime, and report deviations to supervisors.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Design, Maintenance, and Planning for smooth workflow and timely orders.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring production activities for Solid Carbide Tools, Indexable Tools, and Special Purpose Cutting Tools.
• Support shop floor operations to ensure production targets, quality requirements, and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Assist in manufacturing processes including CNC Tool Grinding, CNC Machining, Edge Preparation, Inspection, and Packaging.
• Monitor machine performance, production output, and downtime, and report deviations to supervisors.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Design, Maintenance, and Planning departments for smooth workflow and timely execution of orders.
• Assist in monitoring quality parameters and support corrective actions for process-related issues.
• Support new product trials, process validation activities, and product development projects.
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials, semi-finished products, tools, and finished goods during production activities.

PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Production, Manufacturing, CNC Machining, or Engineering Industry.
• Understanding of CNC machines, cutting tools, and precision manufacturing processes will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Solid Carbide Tools, End Mills, Drills, Reamers, and other cutting tools is desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Basic knowledge of production planning, quality control, and shop floor practices.
• Willingness to work on the shop floor and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
