Job summary

Lennox India Technology Centre (LITC) is seeking a Junior PDM/PLM Support role to assist in managing product data, BOMs, and engineering workflows. You will support Teamcenter PLM and RuleStream operations, ensuring data accuracy and governance.

The role welcomes freshers (0-2 years) and requires foundational knowledge of BOMs and PLM processes, with emphasis on data management and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience; freshers welcome.
• Strong understanding of BOMs and PLM processes.

Responsibilities

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Support daily operations in Siemens Teamcenter PLM and RuleStream environments.
• Create, modify, and maintain product structures, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and engineering data.
• Assist in product data management and document control activities.
• Support engineering change management processes, including ECOs, ECNs, and workflow execution.
• Validate and maintain data accuracy within Teamcenter.
• Assist in RuleStream configuration, testing, and execution of engineering rules.
• Monitor workflows and resolve basic operational issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate engineering information.
• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect tracking activities.
• Prepare operational reports, process documentation, and training materials.
• Follow established quality, compliance, and data governance standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• 0-2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome).
• Good understanding of engineering concepts, BOMs, and product lifecycle processes.
