Job summary

Lennox in Chennai, India seeks a disciplined engineer to support PLM operations and data governance. You will create and maintain product structures and BOMs, manage engineering data, and assist in change processes within Siemens Teamcenter PLM and RuleStream environments.

The role welcomes 0-2 years of experience and requires a solid foundation in engineering concepts, BOMs, and lifecycle processes along with strong communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• 0-2 years of experience (Freshers welcome).
• Good understanding of engineering concepts, BOMs, and product lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations in Siemens Teamcenter PLM and RuleStream environments.
• Create, modify, and maintain product structures, BOMs, and engineering data.
• Assist in product data management and document control activities.
• Support engineering change management processes, including ECOs, ECNs, and workflow execution.
• Validate and maintain data accuracy within Teamcenter.
• Assist in RuleStream configuration, testing, and execution of engineering rules.
• Monitor workflows and resolve basic operational issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate engineering information.
• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect tracking activities.
• Prepare operational reports, process documentation, and training materials.
