Job summary

Lennox India Technology Centre is seeking a junior PLM data specialist to support Teamcenter PLM and RuleStream operations in Chennai. You will create and maintain product structures and BOMs, assisting in document control and engineering change processes.

You will ensure data accuracy within systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering information, testing, and reporting tasks. Freshers with 0–2 years are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience; freshers welcome.
• Good understanding of engineering concepts, BOMs, and product lifecycle processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations in Siemens Teamcenter PLM and RuleStream environments.
• Create, modify, and maintain product structures, BOMs, and engineering data.
• Assist in product data management and document control activities.
• Support engineering change management processes, including ECOs, ECNs, and workflow execution.
• Validate and maintain data accuracy within Teamcenter.
• Assist in RuleStream configuration, testing, and execution of engineering rules.
• Monitor workflows and resolve basic operational issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate engineering information.
• Participate in system testing, UAT, and defect tracking activities; prepare operation reports, process docs, training materials.
• Follow established quality, compliance, and data governance standards.
