Job summary

Lennox International in Chennai invites a fresh Mechanical/Production/CS engineer to join our Teamcenter PLM and RuleStream teams. You will assist in creating and maintaining product structures, BOMs, and engineering data while supporting CHANGE management and documentation.

You will work with cross-functional teams, participate in UAT and defect tracking, and contribute to process documentation and training materials, following our quality and data governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• 0-2 years of experience; Freshers are welcome.
• Good understanding of engineering concepts, BOMs, and product lifecycle processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations in Siemens Teamcenter PLM and RuleStream environments.
• Create, modify, and maintain product structures, BOMs, and engineering data.
• Assist in product data management and document control activities.
• Support engineering change management processes, including ECOs, ECNs, and workflow execution.
• Validate and maintain data accuracy within Teamcenter.
• Assist in RuleStream configuration, testing, and execution of engineering rules.
• Monitor workflows and resolve basic operational issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate engineering information.
• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect tracking activities.
• Prepare operational reports, process documentation, and training materials.
• Follow established quality, compliance, and data governance standards.
