Job Description

The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Program is a structured 24-month rotational development program designed to develop future engineering professionals through practical exposure, technical learning, and cross-functional experience. The trainee will rotate across key engineering and operational functions, gaining hands‑on experience in live projects while developing technical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills under the guidance of experienced mentors.The program combines on-the-job learning, structured training sessions, mentoring, cross-functional exposure, and project-based assignments to build a strong foundation for long-term career growth within the organization.

Essential Attributes, Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and manufacturing principles.
• Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work across multiple engineering functions.

Desired Attributes, Experience and Qualifications

• Internship or academic project experience in manufacturing, design, quality, materials, or aerospace engineering.
• Basic exposure to CAD software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD, or Creo.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or Six Sigma concepts.
• Basic understanding of quality management systems such as AS9100 or ISO 9001.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, machining, or production planning.
• Exposure to material testing, failure analysis, or quality inspection techniques.
• Experience using ERP systems or engineering software through academic projects or internships.
• Strong presentation, documentation, and report‑writing skills.
