Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR and GL.

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and ensure financial compliance.
• Prepare financial reports for management and stakeholders.

Job Description

You will be a part of the Business Support job family in our Advanced Manufacturing Facility at 523, Ratanpur, Panki, Kanpur – 208020, Uttar Pradesh, India. The role is Full-time and Permanent. As a Finance Executive, at Datum Advanced Composites, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and efficiency of our organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing various finance and accounting functions, providing crucial insights to support strategic decision‑making, and maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity. You will report directly to the Head of Business Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting operations, including managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and maintaining the general ledger.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to understand the company’s financial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist with cost analysis, pricing strategies, and financial decision‑making.
• Help monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Support in the preparation of financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements within the finance department and assist in implementing best practices.

Essential Attributes, Experience and Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong interest in finance and accounting, with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial management tools.
