Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Google Cloud Business Unit is looking for senior professionals to design and deliver Google Workspace–centered digital workplace solutions. You will define migration strategies and TOMs, support PoCs and demos, and collaborate with GA teams to accelerate transitions across pan-India clients.

Candidates should have 12 to 20 years of IT experience with 3–5 years in Digital Workplace, and strong knowledge of GCP, presales, and Google Workspace ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Google Workspace ecosystem and migration concepts.
• Experience in presales, solution architecture, or consulting roles related to digital workplace.

Experience: 12 to 20 years

Certification:

• Professional Google Workspace Administrator
• Google Cloud Professional Architect

Eligibility Qualification:

• Minimum 6–10 years of IT experience, with at least 3–5 years in Digital Workplace / Collaboration solutioning
• Rich experience in presales, solution architecture, or consulting roles
• Prior experience in Google Workspace solutioning or large-scale migration programs
• Experience working in System Integrators / Managed Services providers (preferred)
• Knowledge of:
• Identity & Access Management (Okta, Azure AD, Google Identity)
• Messaging coexistence and migration tools (Quest, BitTitan, Google tools)
• Hybrid environments (On-prem AD, Exchange, file servers integration)
• Security & compliance (DLP, eDiscovery, retention, encryption)
• APIs, scripting, and automation capabilities
