Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Google Workspace Practice Lead to own delivery execution, domain capability, and people growth within the Google Cloud delivery organization. You will oversee Workspace engagements including migrations, integrations, security, compliance, adoption, and Gemini Enterprise for Google Workspace.

You will bridge onshore requirements with offshore engineering execution, driving reusable assets and scalable delivery maturity across multiple streams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise technology delivery, including leading technical teams and delivery outcomes.
• 5+ years in Google Cloud or Google Workspace programs with domain leadership responsibility.
• Led Google Workspace delivery teams across global distributed environments with governance and people development.
• Built reusable assets, playbooks, and accelerators to improve repeatability and scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the Google Workspace practice and delivery execution for projects in the tower, ensuring quality and governance.
• Lead delivery leads and engineers, oversee staffing, coaching, reviews, certifications, and resource utilization.
• Maintain deep expertise in Workspace and Google Cloud capabilities; stay current on migration tools like Data Import.
• Support pursuits and sales activities with domain expertise, partnering with sales and alliances.
• Collaborate with offering teams to align the practice with current services and go-to-market efforts.
• Serve as domain expert for migrations, Workspace APIs, Apps Script, add-ons, and adoption programs.

Job Summary

As Google Workspace Practice Lead, you own delivery execution, domain capability, and people growth within the Google Cloud delivery organization. You oversee Workspace engagements including migrations, integrations, security, compliance, adoption, Workspace Intelligence, and Gemini Enterprise for Google Workspace. You are accountable for delivery quality, reusable assets, team capability, and execution readiness, while supporting pursuits, proposals, and client advisory needs by bridging onshore requirements with offshore engineering execution.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own the Google Workspace practice and delivery execution for projects in the tower, with accountability for quality, governance, technical outcomes, and delivery consistency.
• Lead delivery leads and engineers across engagements; oversee staffing, capacity, coaching, reviews, readiness, certifications, and resource utilization.
• Maintain deep expertise in Workspace and adjacent Google Cloud capabilities, keeping teams current on technologies, delivery practices, and migration tools such as Data Import.
• Support pursuits, proposals, and sales-related activities with domain expertise, partnering with sales, alliance, and offering teams to improve delivery alignment.
• Build reusable assets, playbooks, integration patterns, and deployment innovations from live projects to improve repeatability, scale, and delivery maturity.
• Collaborate closely with the offering team to align the practice to current services and support go-to-market activities.
• Serve as domain expert for Exchange or Microsoft 365 migrations, coexistence, identity federation, Workspace APIs, Apps Script, custom add-ons, Vault, data loss prevention, endpoint management, context-aware access, Workspace Intelligence, Gemini Enterprise for Google Workspace, and adoption programs.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Google Workspace delivery expertise across migrations, integrations, security, compliance, and Gemini for Google Workspace
• Strong leadership in delivery governance, people leadership, quality management, and practice operations in distributed Agile execution models.
• Ability to advise clients as a credible domain expert while overseeing solution execution rather than owning solution design

Bonus Points If You Have

• Google Workspace Administrator or Professional Cloud Architect certification
• Experience leading large-scale Workspace migrations using Data Import, Google Workspace Migrate, or similar
• Hands-on expertise with Gemini Enterprise for Workspace, Workspace Intelligence, Workspace APIs, Apps Script, custom add-ons, or adoption programs, with user productivity improvements.
