Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services invites a seasoned GECX Architect for its Google Cloud Unit. The role combines multi-agent system design using Vertex AI and CCaaS integration to deliver large-scale customer engagements.

Based across Pan India, you will lead strategic architecture, stakeholder engagement, rapid prototyping, and integration work, leveraging GCP, presales expertise, and ITSM/workplace/datacenter know-how.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years in Contact Centre solutioning/consulting with RFx ownership.
• Proven experience in ITSM, Workplace, Datacenter/Cloud & Networks design.
• Genesys CCaaS / NICE CXone certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect multi-agent systems using Vertex AI Conversation and Agent Engine.
• Tool & Function Calling integration.
• Hybrid RAG integration for seamless knowledge access.

• Proven experience in ITSM, Workplace, Datacenter/Cloud & Networks solution design and operational models.
