Job summary

Arting Digital Private Limited is seeking a skilled GCP Administrator to manage and optimize our Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. The role includes IAM, networking, and integrating enterprise SaaS tools such as Jira, Slack, and Zoom.

The candidate will handle L1/L2/L3 incidents, implement security best practices, and coordinate with Google Cloud Support to ensure reliable operations across our cloud environment.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure.
• Experience managing GCP IAM, projects, folders, orgs and resources.
• Experience with GCP networking, VPCs, firewalls, routes and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• GCP Administration: Manage and support Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure.
• Identity & Access Management: Configure IAM roles and service accounts with least-privilege principle.
• GCP Networking: Manage VPC networks, subnets, routes, firewall rules; support VPN and hybrid connectivity.
• Enterprise Applications & SaaS: Integrate GCP with Jira, Slack, Zoom and other SaaS platforms.
• Security & Compliance: Apply GCP security best practices and IAM configurations.
• Monitoring, Backup & Operations: Use Cloud Monitoring/Logging to monitor infrastructure and troubleshoot issues.
• Operations & Support: Handle L1/L2/L3 incidents and coordinate with Google Cloud Support.

Key Responsibilities

GCP Administration

• Manageand support Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure.
• ManageGCP projects, folders, organizations and resources.

Identity & Access Management

• Manage GCP IAM users, groups, roles and service accounts.
• Configureappropriate IAM roles based on least-privilege principles.
• Manageservice accounts and authentication.

GCP Networking

• ManageVPC networks, subnets, routes and firewall rules.
• SupportVPN, Cloud Interconnect and hybrid connectivity.
• Troubleshootnetwork connectivity between on-premises and GCP.

Enterprise Applications & SaaS

• Supportintegration of GCP services with enterprise applications.
• Workwith applications such as Jira, Slack, Zoom, collaboration platformsand other SaaS applications where required.

Security & Compliance

• Implement GCP security best practices.
• Manage IAM, firewall policies and securityconfigurations.

Monitoring, Backup & Operations

• MonitorGCP infrastructure using Cloud Monitoring and Cloud Logging.
• Configurealerts and troubleshoot performance issues.

Operations & Support

• HandleL1/L2/L3 incidents related to GCP infrastructure.
• Performtroubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinatewith Google Cloud Support and technology vendors.
• MaintainSOPs, runbooks and operational documentation.
