Job summary

L&T Finance is seeking an experienced cloud architect/engineer to lead migration projects to Google Cloud from on-prem or other clouds. The role requires deep expertise in GCP, data services, and containerized workloads, with a focus on scalable architectures and secure deployments.

The candidate will design, implement, and support cloud solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive cloud initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GCP cloud environments or similar cloud platforms.
• Experience designing and migrating large scale cloud solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Google products and services (BigQuery, VMs, Kubernetes, Data Store).

Responsibilities

• Provide cloud solution for application migration to Google Cloud including deployment architecture, security and data migration solutions.
• Design and build cloud solutions and support cloud operations including troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Lead cloud implementations, deployments and/or business development activities.
• Design network security and system designs for load balancers, firewalls, and VPNs in VM/container deployments.
• Drive architectural design, solution planning and feasibility studies for Cloud Computing Infrastructure.
• Deliver new IT services and enhance current infrastructure technologies.
• Work on infrastructure roadmaps and cloud resource implementation projects.
• Execute large-scale cloud or software projects in corporate environments.
• Demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide cloud solution for application migration to Google Cloud including deployment architecture, security & data migration solutions Design and implement large scale migration
• Design and Build Solution in cloud and support the Cloud operation including troubleshooting of issues and maintenance activities
• 5+ years in GCP Must have Google cloud working experience, landing zone, key google products and services like Big Query, VMs, Kubernetes, Data Store, Cloud Run, Cloud Run,Cloud Data Fusion, Dataflow, etc
• Experience in leading cloud implementations, cloud support, deployments and/or business development activities
• Experience with detailed network security and system design of load balancers, firewalls, and VPN in the deployment of virtual machines and containerized applications
• Drive the architectural design, solution planning and feasibility study on Cloud Computing Infrastructure.
• Deliver new IT services and exploit current infrastructure technologies.
• Work on the infrastructure roadmaps and projects by working on the required cloud resource implementation
• Experience with implementing large-scale cloud or software projects in corporate environments
• In-depth technical skills in traditional infrastructure & server infrastructure implementation.
