Job summary

MS Holdings in Kozhikode, Kerala, India is seeking a hands-on Google Ads Specialist to own paid acquisition, campaign performance, tracking, and reporting across our brands.

The ideal candidate will manage Search, Performance Max, Display & YouTube campaigns, set up GA4/GTM, and ensure CRM integrations and CAPI are in place. 3+ years of paid media experience and a track record with high-ticket B2B campaigns are required.

We’re looking for a hands-on Google Ads Specialist to own paid acquisition, campaign performance, tracking, and reporting across our brands.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple brands and markets.
• Plan budgets and campaigns based on leads, conversions, CAC, and revenue goals.
• Manage Search, Performance Max, Display & YouTube campaigns.
• Set up and maintain GA4, GTM, Google Ads conversion tracking, CRM integrations & CAPI.
• Track the journey from lead → qualified lead → opportunity → customer → revenue.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify issues across traffic, landing pages, sales, or tracking.
• Generate high-quality leads for B2B and high-ticket services.
• Maintain campaign governance, compliance, and budget discipline.
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience.
• 2+ years managing B2B/high-ticket lead generation campaigns.
• Experience managing $10K+ monthly ad spend.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, GA4, GTM & conversion tracking.
• Experience with CRM integrations, attribution & CAPI/server-side tracking.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Experience with India and/or GCC markets is a plus.
• Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns, brands, and budgets.
