• Source new customers for gold loan products through branch walk-ins, field visits, and local networking

• Ensure timely processing and disbursement of gold loans
• Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction
• Cross-sell other banking products such as CASA, insurance, and investment products
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit norms, and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan documentation
• Collaborate with branch teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experience
