Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd is seeking a branch-based professional in Ballari district to support Gold Loan operations within the DBS Consumer Banking Group. You will handle Gold Loan customers in the branch, explain product features, and assist in end-to-end loan processing in LOS.

You will resolve audit queries, manage Gold Loan servicing, and drive insurance cross-sell targets while coordinating the branch training agenda to ensure compliance with procedures.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of Gold Loan operations experience with NBFCs or banks.
• Graduation completed.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong understanding of loan processes and regulations.
• Capable of managing the loan origination system (LOS).

Responsibilities

• Handling Gold Loan customers in the branch, explain product features, handling queries, and end-to-end loan processing in LOS.
• Clear and resolve all Audit queries, FCU queries.
• Handle Gold Loan customer servicing.
• Responsible for Insurance cross-sell targets.
• Manage the training agenda for the branch to ensure staff comply with procedures.

Responsibilities

Handling Gold Loan Customers in the Branch, explain Product Features, handling queries from customers, support in documentation and End to End Loans processing in LOS.

Clear and resolve all Audit queries, FCU queries

Handle Gold Loan Customer servicing

Responsible for Insurance Cross Sell targets

Manage the training agenda for the branch to ensure the Branch staff/DST are following the required procedures

Requirements

• 2 to 6 years of handling Gold Loan Operations with Gold Loan NBFCs/ Banks
• Graduation
• Excellent interpersonal
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
