Responsibilities

• Handle Gold Loan operations in the branch and support end-to-end processing in LOS.

• Resolve audit and FCU queries and ensure compliance.
• Service Gold Loan customers and meet cross-sell targets for insurance.
• Manage branch training to ensure procedures are followed.

Responsibilities

Handling Gold Loan Customers in the Branch, explain Product Features, handling queries from customers, support in documentation and End to End Loans processing in LOS.

Clear and resolve all Audit queries, FCU queries

Handle Gold Loan Customer servicing

Responsible for Insurance Cross Sell targets

Manage the training agenda for the branch to ensure the Branch staff/DST are following the required procedures

Requirements

• 2 to 6 years of handling Gold Loan Operations with Gold Loan NBFCs/ Banks
• Graduation
