• Manage daily godown operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of ACP panels and related materials.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.
• Ensure proper stacking, handling, and safe storage of materials to prevent damage.
• Verify incoming and outgoing materials against invoices, delivery challans, and other documents.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, and Logistics teams for timely dispatches and deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damaged materials, or discrepancies to management.
• Supervise loading and unloading activities and ensure proper material handling.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile it with system records.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the godown.
• Prepare daily stock reports, dispatch reports, and other warehouse-related MIS.
