NCL Industries Limited is seeking a candidate to manage the cement godown operations, ensuring accurate stock management, proper storage and handling of cement, timely dispatches, and effective supervision of godown activities.

Key responsibilities include receiving cement stocks, verifying quantities, maintaining stock records, coordinating with multiple teams, and preparing stock and dispatch reports for management, while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Qualification: Intermediate or Graduate.
• Experience: 3-6 years in cement, building materials, warehouse or stores operations.
• Experience in handling cement stock and distributor/depot operations preferred.
• Skills: Inventory management, basic computer/ERP knowledge, documentation, manpower handling and communication.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day cement godown operations and stock management.
• Receive cement stocks and verify quantities against invoices.
• Ensure proper stacking and safe storage of cement bags.
• Maintain stock inward and outward records.
• Coordinate dispatches as per orders and schedules.
• Prepare daily/weekly stock and dispatch reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, Transporters, Accounts and Plant/Depot teams.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and investigate discrepancies.

Role & responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the cement godown, ensure accurate stock management, proper storage and handling of cement, timely dispatches, and effective supervision of godown activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the cement godown.
• Receive cement stocks and verify quantities against invoices/challans.
• Ensure proper stacking and safe storage of cement bags.
• Maintain accurate stock, inward and outward records.
• Monitor daily stock levels and reconcile physical stock with system/book records.
• Coordinate cement dispatches as per approved orders and schedules.
• Ensure proper documentation such as delivery challans, gate passes and dispatch records.
• Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, Transporters, Accounts and Plant/Depot teams.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor vehicle loading and ensure correct quantity is dispatched.
• Prepare daily/weekly stock and dispatch reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

Qualification & Experience

• Qualification: Intermediate / Graduate.
• Experience: 36 years in cement, building materials, warehouse or stores operations.
• Experience in handling cement stock and distributor/depot operations is preferred.
• Skills: Inventory management, basic computer/ERP knowledge, documentation, manpower handling and communication.
