We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Analytics to lead our Talent and Organization analytics team. • Shape and execute the GTM strategy for Talent and Org Analytics and GenAI offerings by identifying market segments, crafting compelling value propositions, and qualifying business opportunities.
• Lead sales origination and business development - responding to RFPs, developing value cases, and collaborating across solutioning, commercial, and delivery teams.
• Author thought leadership and marketing assets to support GTM outreach and elevate the practice’s brand and solutions.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in analytics and talent management.
• Promote best practices and innovative approaches within the team.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and methodologies.
• Team Leadership and Management:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 10-12 analytics professionals.
• Set clear goals and performance metrics for team members.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
