• Mentor and develop a high-performing analytics team of 10–12 professionals; set goals and review performance.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Analytics to lead our Talent and Organization analytics team. Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of analytical projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics solutions with business processes.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
• Client Engagement & Solution Development
• Design and implement advanced analytics solutions to address key talent and organizational challenges.
• Develop data-driven solutions and insights to support areas like Org Culture, Change Management, Operating Model and Organization Design, HR Transformation, Talent Strategy and Skill Analytics.
• Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Strategy & Go-to-Market (GTM)
• Shape and execute the GTM strategy for Talent and Org Analytics and GenAI offerings by identifying market segments, crafting compelling value propositions, and qualifying business opportunities.
• Lead sales origination and business development - responding to RFPs, developing value cases, and collaborating across solutioning, commercial, and delivery teams.
• Author thought leadership and marketing assets to support GTM outreach and elevate the practice's brand and solutions.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in analytics and talent management.
• Promote best practices and innovative approaches within the team.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and methodologies.
• Team Leadership and Management:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 10-12 analytics professionals.
• Set clear goals and performance metrics for team members.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
